January 2016
I was dreaming about discovering London for a week-end. And guess what ? Dreams come true 😉
I arrived by Eurostar on friday afternoon and went to settle in my hostel
(I tell you more about at the end of the article)
What’s the best way to start a week-end in London ?
Billy Elliot, The Musical @Victoria Palace Theatre
One word : AMAZING ! ♥
You can book here.
To gently start the day, I went to Portobello Market
Nothing Hill‘s colorful facades
After a deserved Fish & Chips @The Sun,
I went to Covent Market
SoHo #shopping
Oh rainy sunday…
Madame Tussauds
Coffee with a view in Regent’s Park
Pimrose Hill
Camden Town
Do you want some tea ? 🙂
Lunch @La Falafel (Stables Market, Camden)
Best falafel ever !
Buckingham Palace
When at a street corner… Big Ben
London Eye
From the top
On monday, I had a few hours before taking my train
so I went to have a breakfast @Pret A Manger
I roamed around The City
Tower Bridge
The Horse & Stables (124 Westminster Bridge Rd)
This pub/kitchen/hostel is one minute walking to Lambeth North, and five minutes walking to Big Ben. And the staff is so friendly and helpful !
The food wasn’t good but the hotel was clean and comfrotable for a short stay.
